Warranty Shingles, a new Gutter System and 50 Gallon Water Heater. Not to mention a complete rehab of the Landscaping to include a 10 zone sprinkler system, curbing, new sod, foliage, mulch, decorative rock and beautifully stamped & colored patio. We even won an award for the yards make-over! I just wish it wasn’t buried under a foot of snow, so you could get the full picture. Other improvements we’ve made over the last few years include: Air Conditioning, new Furnace and Humidifier.
