Great Home, Great Location, Great Neighbors!

We have loved our time in this home, but are unfortunately relocating for employment. Everyone comments on the fabulous flooring and paint scheme. The home is well maintained and in great shape. The open floor plan and spacious kitchen is great for having company and entertaining. The finished basement and upstairs bedrooms also provide great private space. The backyard is a great play place, with garden spots and room for your RV. Without rear neighbors, you have a front row seat to the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, with mountains all around.

Behind the home is England Acres Park, a master planned city park. Much of the park is complete, including, playground, soccer fields and a walking trail. The park also has a fabulous sledding hill, in the winter, and is awesome for kite flying in the spring. The neighborhood includes a nice mix of age groups, so that both parents and children have ample opportunities to build friendships.

The home is in convenient walking distance to the elementary school. You are only a 5-10 minute drive from Tooele shopping, entertainment and restaurants. UTA (Utah Transit Authority) has regular and express buses, park & ride and rideshare into the Salt Lake valley. You are only a 30 minute drive from downtown Salt Lake & the airport.

Several canyons are within a 10 minute drive while others are within walking distance. Wonderful recreational opportunities are close at hand with public lands within a short drive. Mountain bike trails, camping, hunting, ATV’s and the Great Salt Lake and Bonneville Salt Flats are all within easy access for an afternoon or weekend.
